The GaGaVida Vintage & Handmade site is within weeks of launching – photo shoots are taking place as we speak, tons of new vintage is just waiting to be displayed for all to see… it’s an exciting time!
I’m also getting married in two months… can you believe it?? So, as you can imagine – it’s busy!
The GaGaVida store on Etsy is holding all of the current listings – for those looking to find them… I posted a several vintage pieces, along with my candles, and newest product – reconstructed/handmade vintage handbags…. they are fantastic! Currently, I am just producing them as custom orders (you can find it at my Etsy store!) However, I am working on several new designs that will be “ready to wear” – or I suppose “ready to carry” is more appropriate! I’m also working to get a few of my little things in local stores… we’ll see how that goes.
What you are looking at here are two custom bags that I just recently made… one is a small silver pouch, and the other is a fold-over top brown leather clutch. Everything you see added, put together, etc. is done by hand, by me – I also had to make repairs to the original bags before I could start. The pictures with a heart, and initials – those pictures were taken of the inside of the bags… I attach hearts with screened initials to the inside… this way, you don’t see any trace of where I was attaching/sewing all of the outside elements. (Tres tricky… oui?)
